Simply put, it means to follow Jesus and not the world! In Colossians Chapter 3, the Apostle Paul lists ten things that followers of Jesus should not partake in: Lying . These are the sins of the world, and they are not things that Christians should partake in. As Children of God, we have a higher calling.
